Service Agreement

PERFORMANCE COACHING AND HR CONSULTING AGREEMENT 
for 
CAREER COLABS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

This agreement, between Career CoLabs LLC (Company) and the Client, is for a Career Consulting Program with nonrefundable fees to be paid in advance prior to receipt of any career support services or materials.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Timeline 

Performance Coaching, Career Coaching, and Workshop Strategy Sessions: This engagement is to be completed within 30 days of purchase. Upon completion of the Strategy Session, the consulting relationship is terminated unless the Client purchases a new engagement. 

Consultant Guided Courses: This engagement is for consultant-guided programs delivered over 12 weeks. Upon enrollment acceptance, the program is activated. The program must be completed within 12 weeks.   

Careers Reinvented Self-Study Programs: This engagement is for online self-paced self-study programs. They are available over the period of 1 year after purchase. Upon delivery of the program materials, the program is activated. 

Scope of Service

The services to be provided by Career CoLabs, LLC to the Client are career-related coaching and training services as agreed upon and within the scope of services in the program engagement purchased. We do not provide services outside of the scope of the program engagement purchased or outside of our practice areas.  

Deliverables

Performance Coaching, Career Coaching, and Workshop Strategy Sessions: The services to be provided by the coach to the client are a video or telephonic strategy session for 30, 60, or 90 minutes according to engagement purchased. Additional resources provided outside of the program are offered gratis or for purchase and are not included with the program.

Careers Reinvented Consultant Guided and Self-Study: All modules and exercises with resources are delivered as part of the Careers Reinvented Program. Additional resources provided outside of the program are offered gratis or for purchase and are not included with the program. 

The Careers Reinvented Programs are an ONGOING MEMBERSHIP which includes: 
- Access to Career CoLabs training modules 
- Access to private Career CoLabs community group  
- Access to Q&A support calls

Practice Scope

Career Consulting and Coaching, which is not therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching aims to develop skills, performance, and personal and professional development. 

Career CoLabs is a human resources firm that provides professional development services to include career and performance coaching, consulting, and training. We provide advisory and consultation to individuals and workplaces as to performance, career, and workforce management decisions and direction.

This is not a mental health counseling service and we do not provide clinical advice, counseling, medical, or mental health treatment services in this program. We are not a crisis or suicide hotline, nor do we provide diagnostic or treatment services to people with mental health needs.

Client Responsibility

The Client understands and accepts full responsibility and full participation in the program. The Client will practice coachability, implement suggestions, action-taking, and execute actions that promote and advance his or her professional development.

Scheduling

We do our best to accommodate our participants, but we do not offer on-demand services. All meetings must be scheduled in advance. If you are late or miss your meeting time, you will not be reimbursed for the time or rescheduled. 

Payment and Cancellation Terms

- Please kindly provide no less than 48 hours to reschedule using the rescheduling link.
- No shows are unable to be rescheduled or refunded.
- There is a $175 no-show or late cancellation fee in order to reschedule again for prepaid coaching programs with online courses. 
- In the event of two no-shows, the 1:1 engagement option is terminated and you will not be permitted to reschedule. 

Program Rules and Client Behavior

To the extent that the Client interacts with the company, staff, and or other clients, Client agrees to behave professionally, courteously, and respectfully with staff and other clients at all times. Client agrees that failing to follow program rules is cause for termination of this agreement. In the event of such a termination, Client is not entitled to recoup any amounts paid and remains responsible for all outstanding amounts of their program fees.

Intellectual Property

Client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the program including materials, use of the program, or access to the program. This Agreement is not transferable or assignable without the Company’s prior written consent. Company's copyrighted and original materials are provided to the Client for his or her individual use only and under a limited single-user license. 

*You are not allowed to copy and paste any of the content into your own materials, website, and or any other purpose that would be displaying the Company's content as your own. 

Chargebacks and Payment Security

The Client shall not make any chargebacks to Company's account or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without the Company's prior written consent. The client is responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment and collection fees associated with the chargeback. Client shall not change any of the credit card information provided to the Company without notifying Company in advance.

Refunds

Upon execution of this agreement, the Client is responsible for the full fee. If the Client decides to cancel, not participate or changes his or her mind, the Company does not provide any refund for any reason to the Client.

Careers Reinvented Programs, Products and Services Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy. 

Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our 1:1 Services or Programs, and no refunds will be provided.

Accepting These Terms

As the Client, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, a Florida Limited Liability Company according to the following terms and conditions, when you do any of the following: 

• Click “I Agree”, "Purchase Now", "Buy now", "Sign up", or any other language that is synonymous with agreeing to access the Company's content
• Email your statement of the agreement
• Enter your credit card information
• Sign this agreement on this page or reverse
• Enroll electronically in the Program
• Enroll verbally, or otherwise, in the Program

With this acceptance, the parties agree that any individual, associate, and or assign are bound by the terms of this Agreement. A facsimile, digital, electronic, or e-mailed executed copy of acceptance of this Agreement is legally binding with either a written or electronic signature and has the same result as an originally signed copy.  

Parties

This writing outlines the intended legal relationship between Career CoLabs, LLC (the “COMPANY”) and you (the “CLIENT”). The writing (the “AGREEMENT”) is intended to govern and control your purchase of the free and or paid content or product that you want to gain access to (the “PROGRAM”) from the COMPANY. The COMPANY and the CLIENT are the intended parties (the “PARTIES”) to this AGREEMENT.
